| Ace Trophies deliveries within the UK. We offer a standard delivery charge which is currently set at £5.95 for orders up to 25kg. Orders over 25kg will be priced upon request. Delivery usually takes approximately 7 working days. You can request a tracking number by contacting us by phone, email or post 24 hours after placing your order. |

| If you are a customer, you have the right to return your purchase at any time up to 7 working days after you receive the goods. In order to return the goods, you need to notify us, in writing, up to 7 days after delivery to receive our authorisation and instructions. regardless of the reason for the return of the goods, you must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and during transport back to Ace Trophies. Taking reasonable care of means you must return the goods in as new condition, in their original packaging, with all the accessories you received with them. If you fail to take such reasonable care Ace Trophies may take action against you to recover any resulting loss and you may not be entitled to a full refund. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods back to Ace Trophies. There is a re-stocking charge on returns to ace trophies, additional charges will be taken for engravings on items ordered. For more information on these charges give us a call on 0844 351 0095. |
