| Unless you specified or have been given a specific time slot, most deliveries will be delivered by courier between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries are planned to arrive on, or before the date required when you placed your order. Our web site allows you to order any item in our catalogue, as we have over 2,500 items in our catalogue its very hard to keep them all in our store to take away same day. BUT, we always have the items in our warehouse which we can arrange to be delivered to our store Next Day (if ordered by 4pm).
All you need to do is give us a call on 0844 351 0095 to check if we have the item in store at that time, if not, we will let you know when you can come and collect the items from us. |
If you are not in when the courier calls round they should post a card through your door, just letting you know when they popped round, and leaving a phone number on there as well. You can arrange either to pick the item up from your nearest post office, or you can arrange for them to re-deliver the item for you.

| If an item you ordered is not in stock we can order the item from our main warehouse, which only takes 24 hours, so it shouldn't make your delivery any later than you requested. We do ask for you to leave you phone number when checking out your order, just incase. |

| We are just over the road from Sainsburys. There are roads very close that you can park on and parking is free after 3pm. You can also park in Sainsburys car park which is a few seconds walk over the road. The road has traffic lights where you can cross, just outside our shop. Also over the road is a bespoke picture frames shop, with a big red sign, if this is on your right, turn left at the lights and we are just there on the right hand side. Please give us a call if you get lost and we will give you directions. |
